How Ilana Lost 100 lbs. Without Counting Calories, Feeling Hungry, Weighing Food, Or Feeling Deprived



​Over the next few days I'll share with you how Ilana Muhlestein lost 100 lbs. with the most simple weight loss plan that never counts calories, weighs foods, nor meal preps for days and days.

The weight loss plan is called the 2B Mindset, and it was created by registered dietecian Ilana Muhlestein and Beachbody.  Yes, it is available for purchase from Beachbody, but I am going to give you all the information in the program...for free.

[Update] The 2B Mindset is primarily a video-based training.  There are over 50 short videos from Ilana that guide you through her program.  Originally I was planning on including most of these videos with you, but Youtube and Beachbody don't like that.  So I'll incude as many free videos as possible, and explain everything else.  Same information, only without the videos.  For full access to the program, including all the videos, click here.


I purchased the 2B Mindset from Beachbody recently, and found that the concepts really resonated with me.  It made sense. I hate counting calories and meal prep and feel diet and exercise should be as simple as possible.

Therefore, I wanted to share the concepts in this progam with readers of thefitandtone.  Over the next several days I will share everything from the 2B Mindset.   There is so much misinformation and complication of weight loss, that my hope in providing this information is to share what I think is the most common sense and practical approach to weight loss ever created.  I hope you enjoy and please provide feedback or questions to Brad at support@thefitandtone.com



What Is The 2B Mindset And How Can It Help You?

Beachbody recently came out with a series of videos that are a little different from their norm.  We've become accustomed to fitness videos that kick out butts and whip us into shape.  Videos like P90X, Insanity, and The 21 Day Fix are just a few that come to mind.  But when they released the 2B Mindset videos they had a whole new concept to introduce to people.

That concept is diet without complications.  The 2B Mindset is a weight loss program that is very simple and easy to follow.  It follows the principles of registered dietecian Ilana Muhlstein and her 2 Bunnies.  

The 2 bunnies are really 4 principles...  
  1. Drink lots of water throughout the day
  2. Eat lots of vegetables
  3. Use the scale
  4. Track and log what you eat

These simple principles will lead to rapid weight loss, decreased food cravings, a healthy food mindset, and healthy eating.

Drinking more water and eating more vegetables is nothing new.  Every health and fitness website ever created stresses the importance of drinking more water.

​So how is this program different?

In the instructional videos, Ilana discusses why drinking water and eating more vegetables is so important, but even more significant is that she shows you when and why you should be eating certain types of vegetables, proteins, and carbs. 

Furthermore, she goes into how we can still enjoy our favorite foods, restaurants, and even "cheat foods" without feeling guility or having our weight loss get off track.
