Fitness Motivation...The Best Workouts And Quotes To Keep You Coming Back For More
Fitness motivation comes in many forms. Whether its inspiring quotes, energizing workouts, or uplifting stories, everyone is inspired in a unique way to keep motivation and return to their fitness routine every day. We searched and searched for the best of the best. Here are the best fitness motivation quotes, and workouts to keep you going.
Fitness Motivation Workouts
There are a ton of fitness motivation quotes to choose from, and probably just as many fitness workouts. Here are some of the best fitness workouts. Whether its free or paid, these are workouts that will get you in shape.
Our first fitness workout is one of the most recent workouts available through Beachbody. Called "LIIFT 4", it is a great combination of resistance training and fun hiit cardio. Its only an 8 week program, 4 days a week, but it simply works.
The next workout is from Fitness Blender. Fitness Blender has become one of the most popular workout channels on YouTube. Most of their workouts are free, but the simplicity of the workouts and production is what keeps people coming back. I have a review of their channel here, but definitely check out some of their workouts if you're looking for something new and exciting.
If your willing to spend some extra money, one of the best workouts is an Orange Theory workout. Imagine doing cardio, hiit, and resistance training workouts in a fun group atmosphere. That is the concept of this gym and these workouts. Orange Theory is a nationwide franchise that is taking group workouts to the next level. Having tried some of these workouts myself, I can confirm that they are some of the best available. In fact, I know someone that has committed to Orange Theory and lost over 120 lbs.
The downside is price, and they charge you based on how many workouts you want each month. With only 4 workouts a month they charge $59, for 8 classes each month (about 2 each week) the price is $99 a month, and the unlimited package increases to $159 each month.
Our Favorite Source Of Fitness Motivation
Here at The Fit And Tone, our favorite source of fitness motivation is David Goggins, an amazing, rugged, former navy seal, who's very candid demeanor, although honest, can be very motivating. On more than one occasion in his life, he's lost over 50 lbs. Surprisingly, its not even this weight loss thats motivating, its more his fitness and exercise accomplishments, and his drive to better himself every day.
Check out his Instagram for weekly motivating and candid messages from him. Its a great follow.
