When I first started working out and exercising on a regular basis, I got my hands on every possible piece of information available.  I was an avid reader of Shape, Muscle and Fitness, and Health magazines.  Over time, I was able to put all that information together and create my own workouts.

But it was a little overwhelming.  

And now, there is even more information available.  From Youtube, apps, websites, Instagram, Facebook, and more, it can be a major information overload.  After some serious research I found the most appropriate resources for beginners looking to workout.

If you like at home workouts, you'll love Beachbody On Demand.  With a variety of different workouts, you'll definitely find something for you.  For beginners, I'd recommend the 21 Day Fix Real Time, or Power 90.  Get the full list of workouts here.

The Peloton App.  Peloton is obviously well known for their spin classes, but they have a ton of different workouts.  Spinning, running, strength training, and yoga, just to name a few.  Its a similar app to the Beachbody on Demand service.  Get more details here.
